Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Scooter

  Ensure the scooter is clean and packed securely in its original manufacturer packaging, including the charger, manual, and all accessories.

  Ship to Service Center

  Affix the provided shipping label to the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location for secure transport to our inspection facility.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the unit's condition and odometer reading, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
